What delivery options do we offer?
We offer different delivery options, and in some cases a third party may be responsible for shipping the products.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and official holidays.
Accepted orders are processed and shipped by courier within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the destination, but in most cases is between 2β5 business days.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during official holidays, the delivery period is extended accordingly by the number of non-working days.
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this stage, we only deliver to countries within the EU.
Please note that different rules and restrictions may apply to certain international deliveries, as well as additional taxes and fees over which we have no control. In such cases, the recipient is responsible for complying with the laws applicable in the country of residence, as well as for all additional costs/fees.
