How long does delivery usually take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I put the teapot on the stove?

The borosilicate glass withstands boiling water poured directly in, but should not be used on a direct heat source (stovetop or open flame). Simply pour your boiling water in - the glass is engineered for this.

What materials are the teapots made of?

The body is made of borosilicate glass, the filter and metal parts are stainless steel, the lid is a combination of ABS and stainless steel, and the handle is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All materials are BPA-free and safe for use.

How does the magnetic mechanism work?

The brewed tea sits in the upper chamber until you slide the button. The magnetic valve releases it cleanly into the base - no drips, no mess, no separate strainer needed.

How should the teapot be cleaned?

All parts are detachable and can easily be cleaned by hand.
