Can it be consumed daily?
Yes.

The teas contain only natural sweeteners, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the ingredients.
How should I store the tea?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Does it have a quality certificate?
Yes, all our teas are certified.
Can it be consumed cold?
Yes! We recommend first steeping it in hot water, then cooling it and adding ice if desired.
TEAPOTS
What materials are the teapots made of?
The body is made of borosilicate glass, the filter and metal parts are stainless steel, the lid is a combination of ABS and stainless steel, and the handle is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). All materials are BPA-free and safe for use.
Can the teapots be used for coffee?
No, the teapots are designed exclusively for tea.
How does the mechanism work?
Super easy - with a magnet. You simply slide the button on the side of the teapot down to release the brewed tea.
How should the teapot be cleaned?
All parts are detachable and can easily be cleaned by hand.
Can it be placed in the dishwasher?
We don’t recommend it - for longer durability of the teapot, it’s best to wash it by hand.
Does the filter channel get clogged?
In rare cases, it might, but it’s easy to clean.
Can the teapot be heated directly on a stove?
No, the teapots are not suitable for direct heating. For safety reasons, we recommend never placing the teapot on a stove or any heating surface.
Is it safe to pour boiling water into it?
Yes, the borosilicate glass withstands high temperatures.
How much water can be used per steep?
Around 180 ml. After that, you can release the brewed tea into the base of the teapot and prepare a new steep.
Can I use the same portion of tea to fill the teapot?
Yes, one portion of tea can be steeped up to 3 times.
